The body of a woman who fell into a canal after being hit by a car near Itoria-Jalalpur village in Bhuta police station area of Bareilly was found on the second day on Tuesday. The woman and her three-year-old daughter traveling with her husband on bike had fallen into the canal. The girl’s body was found on Monday itself. The woman’s father has accused her of murder as part of a conspiracy.
On Monday, Mishleyar Khan, resident of Gangora village of Bilsanda police station area of Pilibhit, along with his wife Gulsum (30) and three-year-old daughter Noor Fatima, had gone to Mirzapur village of Bhuta police station area on a bike for their relatives. Kyoladiya was going from there to get medicine for his wife. Then he got hit by a car. In this, his daughter died after falling into the canal. The wife’s body was found floating in the canal on Tuesday. With the help of villagers, the police removed the body and sent it for post-mortem.
Father of the deceased accused of murder
The deceased’s father Kesar says that his daughter was married to Mishleyar Khan of the same village five years ago. It is alleged that since then Mishlayar had illicit relations with someone. He had beaten Gulsum many times. Panchayat had also been organized in his village. That is why this has been done as part of a conspiracy by bringing in relatives. He has filed a complaint in the police station. However, the station in-charge has said that the complaint has not been received.
